By accessing or using the AutoMark application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Use of the Service
- The AutoMark service is intended for educational purposes only
- You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
- Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
- Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
- We do not guarantee 100% grading accuracy due to variations in handwriting quality and image clarity
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AutoMark and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
You may not:
- Modify, copy, or create derivative works
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Attempt to extract source code from the app

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoMark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
